A simple walkthrough video for the 2 Year Anniversarys Ace 40 Stamina Fortnight/Raid Island on the Japanese version of One Piece Treasure Cruise. Included are some of the fastest teams I could find, and the fastest runs Ive done on them. Personally, Rayleigh team was the fastest with a good run ending at around 2 minutes 10 seconds, and a bad run at 2 minutes 30 seconds. With that time, you could get upwards of 13 runs at once!\r

The island only lasts for 30 minutes, so I recommend you make multiple teams and try them out in quick succession to see which one works best for you. The island is pretty difficult, and is about as hard as an easy 40 stamina raid boss.\r
